This button-press on the APX™ 3000
Portable allows the radio-user to scroll downward through the
channels in the radio. 
Faster scrolling is
possible with a Long Keypress Duration
of the button. Upon reaching the last channel in the list, continued scrolling
causes the list to wrap around to the first channel. Channels are defined
in the Zone Channel Assignment
Window's Channels Page.
